DesignOn Forms
The organization will be able to design content booklet on a separate way, secreting the valuable information, while designing a custom answer booklet using DesignOn standard forms models.
DesignOn forms contain all the needed elements to ensure accurate and fast recognition such as (barcodes, lithocodes, image clip areas, OMR bubbles.
Answer Booklet layout
DesignOn will calculate the number and sequence of pages needed according to the item structure defined by the user. DesignOn supports multiple-choice, true/false and open-ended item types.
Answer Booklet Printing
The organization will be able to post print and personalize answer booklets for each exam to be administrated with DesignOn using a standard laser printer in house on demand.
Form Scanning
A hybrid OMR-image Scantron will be used from the solution itself to scan and process the forms.
Image clips from open-ended responses will be generated during the scanning by the solution, while all OMR information will be automatically gathered and imported into the e-marking module.
E-Marking module
DesignOn e-marking module will handle open-ended responses to be marked by the users accessing its web interface.
Distributed inline marking will be available in order to finish the marking and gather results.
DesignOn Reports
Once the marking process has ended all the statistical and marking result will be available from the application to the organization.

Answer booklets will be post printed using DesignOn standard forms models. You can choose from a wide catalogue of available forms models containing multiple combinations of items to meet your needs. All the form models incorporate the ultimate technics to ensure safety during reading.
In addition a hybrid image/OMR Scantron’s scanner will be needed in order to process and scan the copies. When scanned, all OMR information will be automatically gathered during the scanning process, while all open responses will be uploaded to the e-marking module to be marked by the scorers.
