EnrollOnWeb is a web-based solution that helps institutions to simplify and optimize their candidates’ enrollment process, either for attending a school or for a scholarship request. The system automatically analyzes the student’s information based on the eligibility requirements on the fly and provides information to the authorities. The information is stored in a secure database available to the institution at any time/from any place. Standard reports as well as customize reports can be generated and different role levels and business rules are able to be configured and customized to match the institution process and workflow.
Requirements
The institution defines the eligibility requirements (rules and conditions) for the enrollment in order to define the information that will be requested from students during the enrollment process.
Student’s Personal Information
The student accesses a URL and completes a form with the requested information by the institution. The system generates a unique ID for the application and candidate to continue with the enrollment.

The eligibility requirements fulfillment is analyzed by the system considering the preconfigured business rules and the provided information by the student.
